It feels like they're rushing you through each girl, like your options are limited, like none of the characters are real people, and no one in the game actually cares about anything, and objectives exist because games need to have objectives, not because the story calls for it. Watching playthroughs of Yandere School, I don't feel any of that. The cutscenes are dramatic, the dialogue is grammatically correct and meaningful, the atmosphere is dynamic. I feel the weight of Ayano's ambition, the weight of Osana's desires, the weight of every gear at that cursed school working in perfect synchronicity until the next Aishi comes along to tear it all apart. When I play Yandere Simulator, the experience is palpable. Because these are all cheap bandwagon cash grabs without anything NEAR the level of dedication that has been poured into yansim by its developer. Once you play Yandere School, Yandere Simulator looks like fucking Skyrim when it first came out. None of these games run well they're janky, they're buggy, they just don't have the same quality of production as the OG. This one in particular is famous but SUPER trash.
